Mall of Tripla is vertically divided into four different sections. Each section has its own vertical connecting color that you can follow through the floors. These colors make it easier to find your way in the vast space. In the west end of Tripla, the vertical connecting color is green, visible in for example, the lift lobbies, signage as well as the different levels of the Triplaparkki car park. In the central part of Tripla, the colors that guide you are pink and yellow. In the east end, the vertical connecting color is red.
You can ask for your lost items at Mall of Tripla information point on the 4th floor. After two weeks the items are delivered to Lost & Found Finland (Porttikaari 7, 01200 Vantaa).

Ekopiste -recycling point is for Mall of Tripla’s customers. You can find the recycling point on P3 floor, where you can recycle metal, glass, plastic and cardboard free of charge.
On the 1st floor of Mall of Tripla next to the bottle recycling you can find a recycling point for small home appliances. In addition you can recycle ink containers, tubular lamps, batteries, eL-lamps and led-lamps.
Bottle return point is located on the 1st floor.
Original Sokos Hotel Tripla is one of the biggest hotels in Finland. The hotel entrance is on the south side of Mall of Tripla, on Fredikanterassi. You can also access hotel lobby from the 4th floor of shopping center.
