The heated Triplaparkki car park is open 24/7. In Tripla car park you park without tickets. NOTE! When using Autopay Park & Charge mobile application or by registering online as autopay.io customer, the parking starts and ends automatically as you drive in and out of the parking garage. You can also pay with EasyPark or ParkMan mobile applications (the parking must be manually initiated in the application when you drive in), or use the pay points in the parking garage or pay online www.autopay.io. Afterwards you can pay for the parking within 48 hours with a pament card either in Autopay Park & Charge mobile application or online www.autopay.io. If the parking is not paid with any of the aforementioned methods, a payment reminder is sent based on the license plate number (additional 5 € billing fee is added to the invoice).
The maximum height of the cars parking in Tripla car park is 2,3m. There are also dedicated parking spaces for motorcycles. The parking works the same way as for cars as long as the license plate is automatically readable.

Parking spaces for disabled persons are located on P1 floor of Triplaparkki car park. The parking charges work the same way for all customers parking at Tripla car park.
The customer service phone number is available on weekdays from 8 am to 9 pm, on Saturdays from 9 am to 9 pm, and on Sundays from 9 am to 7 pm.
Electric vehicles have nearly 300 parking spaces with charging facilities in Triplapark. These spaces are located on levels P2–P4. The public charging points have a capacity of 11 kW. The charging service is billed based on consumption at €0.35/kWh. Charging is carried out using the eParking app; instructions for using the app can be found at the charging stations.
On level P3, there are 12 ABC high-power charging points. The maximum charging capacity per outlet is 300 kW. Charging can be paid via the ABC Mobile app or at the payment terminal located at the charging satellite (card and contactless payment).
In addition to the electricity consumption, the normal parking fee applies.

The smoothest way to pay for parking at Triplapark is to download the Autopay Park & Charge app. When registered in the app, parking starts and ends automatically as you drive into and out of the parking garage. There are no additional service fees for using the app, in addition to the regular parking rates. Download the app from your app store.
You can also pay for parking using the EasyPark or ParkMan app. Initiate the mobile payment once you have parked your car in the area. Parking will automatically end as you drive out of the area. You don't need to download a separate app on your phone; Autopay service also works on a web browser. By registering as an Autopay customer, you can simply enter the parking facility, go about on your business, and exit the parking garage. Regster online at www.autopay.io/signup. You can get a receipt for the parking if needed from your Autopay profile: www.autopay.io.
If you are not yet app user, you can pay for parking with a debit or credit card at a pay point after your visit. To begin the payment, enter your license plate number. If you need a receipt for your parking, you can order it to your phone. There is also a "Find your car" service at the pay points. When you enter your car's license plate number, you can see your car's location on the floor plan.
You can also pay for your parking online within 48 hours.
