The dishes at HUMU'Z restaurant are handmade in front of the customer and served with a variety of HUMU'Z restaurant's special sauces and dips. In addition to the set menu, the customer can choose from falafel, chicken döner, beef döner, or vegetarian döner (vöner) with pide bread, and combine this delicious ensemble with HUMU'Z special sauces and a fresh salad mix. Afterward, the customer can decide whether they want the dish in the form of pita or a bowl, i.e., salad. In other words: PIT IT or BOWL IT!
The name Döner's itself tells you what the product is about, but our aim is to offer different customer groups authentic döner that is gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, suitable for vegetarians, and halal. The idea of our fusion restaurant is to bring together Mediterranean dips, Asian spice blends, and European sauces, which are combined with traditional yaprak döner meat and served Berlin-style with pide bread.
