Almost all the fish and shellfish we use are MSC or ASC certified. MSC certification guarantees that the fish is caught in an environmentally sustainable manner. Through its certification program, the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) aims to reduce the adverse environmental impact of fish farming.
